Oleg V. Tcheremissine, M.D., Professor of Psychiatry and Research Director at the Carolinas HealthCare System Department of Psychiatry, has an extensive background in research, education and academic medicine. He has more than 25 years in treating neurodegenerative diseases and severe persistent mentally ill patients while applying the guiding principles of functional recovery. He has been the Principal Investigator for numerous Phase II-IV clinical trials across a wide range of therapeutic indications. He is an expert and key opinion leader in the field of Clinical Psychopharmacology. He has more than 40 published papers and serving as an editorial board member of repute.

Biography
Clayton Dehn is the Sr. V.P., Early Phase Services and Strategic Development at Clinical Trials of Texas, Inc., a multitherapeutic research site based in San Antonio. He is a research physiologist with expertise in endocrine and metabolic disorders. He is the co-inventor of a process and substance for disturbing the inheritance pattern of ion-channelopathic disorders, and the sole author of the first publication cautioning against the risk of SGLT-inhibition inducing ketoacidosis in insulinopenic populations. In addition to serving on the editorial board of three peer-reviewed journals, he has also served by gubernatorial appointment on the Arizona Biomedical Research Commission

Biography
Paul Michael Ramirez is Professor of Neuroscience/Neuropsychology, Psychopathology and Psychopharmacology within the Doctoral Program in Clinical Psychology and an Adjunct Professor in the College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences at Long Island University in New York City. Dr. Ramirez completed his doctoral degree in Psychology at The City College of The City University of New York with a specialization in Clinical Neuropsychology and a sub-specialization in Clinical Psychopathology, while on a National Science Foundation Fellowship. He later completed a Postdoctoral Program in Psychopharmacology at Fairleigh Dickerson University. Dr. Ramirez also earned an M.Phil. in Neuropsychology from the Graduate School & University Center, City University of New York, an M.A. Degree in Psychology from the City College of New York, and an M.A. Degree in Reading Disabilities with a postgraduate year studying Learning Disabilities at New York University. He currently serves on the Board of Advisors at the Center for Advanced Studies in India (CASII-Bhuj, Kutch (also called Kachchh) in the District of Gujarat) as a clinical trial expert, is Past Vice President of the New York Academy of Traumatic Brain Injury and has recently completed a second 5-year term on the State Board for Psychology by the New York State Board of Regents, where he served as Chairman of the Board. Recently, Dr. Ramirez was elected President of the Southeastern Biofeedback and Clinical Neuroscience Association. Dr. Ramirez has made over 200 professional presentations and, over the past 25 years, has provided Rater training for CNS scales and in the assessment of cognitive disorders for Clinical Trials throughout North America, South America, Central America, Asia, Eastern and Western Europe, Scandinavia and South Africa. He is the President and CEO of CNS Ratings, a global Clinical Trials Rater Training Company. He is also a former co-founder and CEO of the Prophase Training Group (now doing business as ProPhase). Dr. Ramirez has published numerous papers on major mental disorders and has been Principal Investigator on grants from the National Institute of Health (NIH), National Cancer Institute (NCI), The National Institute of General Medical Sciences (NIGMS) and pharmaceutical industry sponsors. He is also on the editorial board of Dataset Papers in Medicine (Psychiatry) and is also a contributing author of the Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale (PANSS), a co-author of the Informant Questionnaire for the PANSS (IQ-PANSS) and a co-author of the official Japanese translation of the PANSS.
